Az ágyneműt nem cserélték az előző lakó óta, a szemetes nem ürült ki, csak a hűtőben lévő piszkos betéti üvegek és a félig teli poharak számára, /darab felborult a hűtőben, egy tű volt az éjjeliszekrény fiókjában.
Az ablakokat nem lehetett kinyitni vagy bezárni, a WC egész éjjel folyt. Legyek a vízben és a gyümölcslé kancsó a reggelizőasztalnál, penészes kenyér a reggelizőasztalnál, mellette egy tányéron sütöttük meg, másnap visszahoztuk a másik kenyérrel.....nem az a szálloda, amit újra igénybe vennénk.

vinduer kunne hverken åbnes eller lukkes, toilettet løb hele natten. Fluer i vand og saftevandskanden ved morgen bordet, brød med mug på ved morgenmadsborden, vi lage det på en tallerken ved siden af, næste dag lå det igen sammen med de andre brød.....ikke et hotel vi benytter en anden gang

Room 301, the door could not be locked to the room, it opened by itself, it was put together with many screws.
Dirty walls, something sticky was smeared on the walls above one bed.
Toilet could not flush/pull, almost no water came out when flushing, every other day there was no water for the toilet flush.
The windows could not be opened, paper around the edge of both windows, when you got it to open one window, it could not close it again.
Dirty windows in 301,312,306 & 307. so dirty that you can hardly see out of them
301, The light in the ceiling flickered, turned on and off by itself also at night. You could not turn on the light at all one day.
There was a needle in one of the bed drawers.
The cupboard could not be locked due to. crooked strips that the sliding doors were supposed to run on. unsightly room.
No spa/sauna despite being stated on the hotel's page.

nr. 4 Rom 301,306,307 & 312 D.6/7-12/7-2025.The staff was not helpful with anything, only a girl sitting at the reception, she helped with bus tickets and other things, so we bought her a box of chocolates, other staff, could not speak English well and shrugged when we asked about something.
The ladies' toilets next to the breakfast restaurant, which were constantly missing toilet pairs, when you said it at the reception, just shrugged the young man on the shoulder, the table was also very dirty.
Saftybox broken, the staff could not make them work either, general problem for room
301, 306, 307 and 312.
On the hotel's side, it says Hungarian food is served in the restaurant, there is no kitchen, scrambled eggs for breakfast are made in the bar, next to building materials. After our experience, we think that there should probably be some people who just check the hotel's description, it was so bad that on the first day we talked about finding another hotel because of the cleanliness, and on the descriptions of the hotel, it is beyond criticism, and certainly does not deserve 3 stars, but even if you provide information and document it with photos, the owner and staff do not care.

306: hair dryer did not work, no power in the electrical outlet next to the hair dryer. Electric kettles that could not heat, in 301+312 . Tea & coffee was not in rooms 391,312,307 0g 309 only electric kettle. 307 Dirty glasses of red liquid in. Refrigerator could not cool, dirty with red liquid in and mold, we show it to the employee she says. We cleaned on the third day. Towel is torn, in roomsRoom service: towels not changed - only on the 4th day were they changed, the bucket was not emptied until the 5th day.
